Communications Project Manager | Creative Campaigns & Live Events

Location: Miami, FL

Compensation: $85k-$90k

Full-time (Hybrid):  Tues, Wed & Thurs on-site - Mon & Fridays off-site.

Office-based with travel for client meetings and event delivery. All tech provided.

Our Client

A global, award-winning communications agency that partners with leading brands in pharmaceutical and other regulated industries to deliver business-critical change is seeking a Communications Project Manager with Creative Campaigns & Live Events experience.

About the Role

As Communications Project Manager, you're the driver behind programs that move people to action. You'll partner with senior clients to shape strategy, then lead cross-functional teams to bring it to life across live events, digital content, video, presentations, and internal/external campaigns.

This isn't just project management. It's strategic thinking + hands-on making. One day you're facilitating a C-suite workshop to define a change narrative. The next you're overseeing production for a national sales meeting or launching an employee engagement campaign.

What You'll Own

Strategic Communications & Storytelling

Turn complex business challenges into clear audience strategies, key messages, and narratives

Map stakeholders, define behaviors we need to shift, and build content plans that deliver

Develop brand stories, EVP, change communications, and L&D/training content

Integrated Project Leadership

Lead end-to-end delivery: brief > strategy > creative > production > measurement

Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risk across multiple fast-moving projects

Direct internal creatives, freelancers, and vendors to deliver on-brand, on-time work

What You Bring

5-8 years running multi-channel communications programs in an agency or fast-paced environment

Proven ability to influence behavior through audience-first strategy and storytelling

Strong facilitation, writing, and editing skills — you make the complex simple and compelling

Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional creative teams

Comfortable with live events, video, digital, and presentation development

Pharma, healthcare, or regulated industry experience a strong plus

Calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, and commercially savvy

Live & Experiential Execution

Shape and deliver high-stakes events: leadership meetings, exhibitions, virtual/hybrid experiences

Oversee content for presentations, video, digital, print, and interactive channels

Use insights and data to measure impact and optimize future campaigns

Client Partnership

Become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding strategy and spotting growth opportunities

Run workshops, interviews, and working sessions that unlock insight and alignment

Balance commercial goals with exceptional creative output

Education: Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred

Compensation Includes: Competitive salary, 401(k), annual bonus, referral rewards, paid sick + family leave, Medical/dental, HSA, virtual mental health + Teladoc, dedicated Health Advocate

Career Extras: Personalized growth plans, mentorship, training, clear pathing

Life Balance: Generous PTO + holidays + year-end shutdown, team offsites, social events, paid volunteer days

If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and production — and want to help global brands navigate change — let's talk.
