Job Summary
The Project Manager supports the successful customer-facing implementation of ZOLL's technology solutions in fast-paced emergency healthcare environments. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and manage implementation activities in partnership with experienced project managers, cross-functional teams, and EMS customers whooperateunder constant pressure. Success requires strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and comfort working in environments where processes, timelines, and project details may continue to evolve. This role is ideal for a developing project manager who is eager to build foundational project management skills, gain exposure to the product development lifecycle, and grow within a mission-driven organization supporting emergency medical services.
Essential Functions
  • Provide management oversight for each project assigned

  • Ability to manage multiple projects or project phases simultaneously

  • Manage customer relationshipduringthe project

  • Understand and communicate the project schedule to internalandcustomerproject teams and resources

  • Manage to the contract to assure compliance

  • Proactivelyidentifyand mitigate risk

  • Maintain the project plan and its associated componentswith frequent updates to internal and customer stakeholders

  • Support projects where not all requirements are fully defined at the outset, partnering with internal teams and customers to help clarify needs as implementations progress.

  • Apply a learning mindset to new or unfamiliar situations, seeking guidance and incorporating feedback to navigate changing priorities and implementation challenges.

  • Assure successful acceptance and closure of the project

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service,evidencedby consistently achieving high customer satisfaction ratings upon project completion

  • Assureaccuraterevenue recognition and accounting relating to each project assigned, as appropriate

  • Understanding of and adherence to internal accounting and security requirements,HIPAAand revenue recognition standards

  • Travel tocustomersites (local, national, and international) to attend and conduct project kick-off, status, planning, technical requirement gathering, and project closuremeetingsas necessary.

  • Represent the company in a professional and competent manner,always,as corporate liaison

  • Managecustomerexpectations and develop internal and external relationships

  • Continue to learn and apply project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Willingly engage in self and professional improvement trainingutilizingboth internal and external training tools and classes.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT,healthcare,or related field preferred

  • 3+ years of externalcustomer-facing project related experiencerequired

  • Experience in IT, healthcare, or software support is highly desirable.

  • Base understanding of PMI concepts

  • Proficiencyusing personal computers and applications such as Salesforce, Office 365, Excel,SharePointand other software

The annual salary for this position is:

$74,000.00 to $110,000.00
