Description:

The Voxai Project Manager is the focal point and coordinator for the creation and management of the project plan for the call/contact center implementation. Major decisions concerning changes in project budget, schedule and delivery scope are evaluated, communicated, integrated and managed by the Voxai Project Manager. As a key stakeholder, the Voxai PM is highly accountable for the success of the project and therefore will commit himself on an agreed regular and ad-hoc basis so that they may provide direction as necessary in association with other members of the Project team. The Project Manager’s commitment will be exercised through his attention to important emails, telephone communications, Project status reports, and attendance of Program board meetings whether in person or remote.


The Project Manager - Project Management Office (PMO) leads key business and technology initiatives for Voxai Solutions, with a primary focus on major call center migrations including the adoption of AI and a variety of medium sized point solutions. Project Managers are responsible for the coordination and completion of all aspects of project management on assigned PMO projects, including, but not limited to, project definition, project plans, conducting meetings, documenting requirements, overseeing development, testing, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple project implementation to successful completion.
  • Follow Voxai Project Management Methodology, including documented policies and processes, in developing detailed project plans and completing required project documentation.
  • Conduct project discovery, develop project teams, define objectives and scope, document current and future-state processes, document risks and assumptions, and oversee development, testing, and implementation.
  • Understands the links and dependencies between an engagement and other in-flight projects and/or business initiatives.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings, communicate individual roles and project expectations, and serve as a single point of contact for projects.
  • Complete and manage detailed project plans using the designated project and portfolio management software tool.
  • Utilize designated project software tools to report project status, manage issues, and document risks. Voxai leverages Service Now for project management toolset.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with project owners, business functions, IT, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates expert ability in PMO management including executing and managing the processes and the interactions used to plan, acquire, assign, develop and manage the resources that operate a PMO
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and self-direction
  • Ability to lead as an individual contributor and work across multiple leveraged teams to meet deliverables for the client
  • Periodic provision of thought leadership to the Voxai PMO toolkit.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and Application Development Life Cycles.
  • Working knowledge of call center technologies and telephony.
  • Working knowledge of at least one functional business area or the consumer finance industry.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting time sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills.
  • Ability to gain consensus among disparate groups and overseeing project resources both on and off shore.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Successful experience running meetings.
  • Critical thinking skills that are used to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions.
  • Proven ability to deliver mission critical projects.
  • Basic experience with business case preparation and cost benefit analysis.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint and Visio) and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Project or other PPM software tool (SNOW)
  • Understanding of PMI project methodology.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years experience in a project leadership role.
