Bring projects to life-and make every detail count.
At Goodmans, project management is more than timelines and logistics-it's about delivering seamless experiences for our clients and teams. We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on coordination, problem-solving, and collaboration, and who takes pride in turning complex projects into smooth, successful outcomes.
If you enjoy being at the center of it all-connecting people, solving challenges, and driving results-this role is for you.
What You'll Do
You'll lead the coordination and execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail is aligned and every stakeholder is informed.
  • Manage projects from kickoff through installation and final punch list resolution
  • Coordinate communication, logistics, and scheduling across teams and partners
  • Develop and communicate project plans, timelines, and installation details
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and improve outcomes
  • Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Provide installation drawings and key project documentation
  • Track project progress, time, and performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow
Why This Role Matters
You are the engine that keeps projects moving forward. Your ability to anticipate challenges, streamline processes, and keep everyone aligned directly impacts customer satisfaction and project success.
At Goodmans, great project management reduces friction, improves experiences, and helps us deliver on our promises-every time.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence
  • Experience coordinating logistics, scheduling, and installations
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • A collaborative approach and positive attitude
What You'll Grow
We invest in your development so you can grow your career and expand your impact. You'll build expertise in:
  • Project management best practices and processes
  • Product knowledge, applications, and installation
  • Value engineering and cost-effective solutions
  • Communication, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Code compliance and workplace safety
  • Emerging tools, technology, and industry trends
Our Culture
At Goodmans, culture isn't just words-it's how we show up every day:
  • People-first - We prioritize the well-being and growth of our team
  • Collaborative - We believe excellence happens together
  • Purpose-driven - We aim to make every customer's day better
  • Growth-focused - We invest in learning and continuous improvement
  • Authentic - We value transparency, honesty, and connection

We celebrate success, learn from challenges, and support each other along the way.
Why Goodmans?
  • Family-owned company with 70+ years of success
  • Recognized as a great place to work
  • Competitive pay and generous benefits
  • A fun, supportive, and team-oriented environment
  • Opportunities to make a real impact on every project you touch
Ready to Lead the Details That Matter?
If you're energized by coordination, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional results, we'd love to connect.
