What You’ll Do as a Senior Project Manager

You’ll be at the center of our most strategic initiatives—guiding teams, removing roadblocks, and ensuring smooth execution. In this role, you will:

  • Project Leadership & Facilitation:Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, aligning several projects towards a program.
  • Team Development & Facilitation:Mentor, coach and guide project leaders on business analysis and project management methodology, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.?
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and managing expectations, including maintaining a dotted-line reporting relationship with Executive Leaders and Department Heads to ensure alignment on priorities, progress, and organizational objectives.
  • Budget & Resource Management:Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and track financial performance.

  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices in project management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
