Job Title: On-site Project Manager I (Offset)
Position Summary:

The Project Manager I will maintain all switch board operations and duties as well as greeting visitors with high energy and professionalism. The project manager is expected to provide administrative assistance to the project management team and work closely with the PM team members.

The Project Manager I is responsible for keeping house client projects moving in a timely, organized fashion and provides regular updates to the Director of Client Success. At their core, the project manager I is a positive, effective communicator with the ability to tailor their management style to whomever they are working with to maximize the outcome. Keeping each project’s scope and budget at the forefront of their decisions, the project manager I maintains the schedule, assigns the deliverables, and coordinates the details surrounding each project.

The project manager I reports to the Director of Variable Data Project Management. With demonstrated success, entry-level positions can lead to more senior project manager positions.

Essential Functions:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required.   • Assist with client projects working side-by-side with internal team members.
  • Assist PM II and PM III as directed by the Director of Client Success.
  • Keep assigned house client’s objectives, scope, and budget at the forefront of all decision-making.
  • Maintain project schedule, assign deliverables, and coordinate the details related to each project as needed for assigned house accounts to manage the workflow for each project.
  • Communicate expectations, responsibilities, and background information related to each project you manage to the appropriate team members.
  • Generate and send letters of quote to clients.
  • Maintain switchboard responsibilities and coordinate schedule ensuring that phone systems and reception area are always covered.
  • Organize all digital files and client-supplied materials (CSM) for easy-shared access among team members.
  • Maintain valuable relationships with internal team members through trust, respect, and shared knowledge.
  • Ability to work in all areas as necessary depending on department backlogs and needs.
  • Remain logical and compassionate to other points-of-views while exercising good judgment in the evaluation of new strategies.
  • Maintains the highest level of security and confidentiality as defined by company policy
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or President/CEO

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • High school graduate (minimum) with an associate degree or bachelor’s degree beneficial. A degree in advertising or marketing is not required but can be beneficial.
  • Experience of 1 - 2 years in an office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, personable with a positive attitude. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, management, and other employees of the organization. Ability to interact with internal as well as external customers and present a positive atmosphere.
  • Ability to be organized and a detail-oriented creative thinker. Ability to use abstract reasoning subject to supervisor approval in situations departing from accepted procedures and practices.
  • Decisive problem solver with a self-directed work ethic.
  • Flexible and calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
  • Genuine passion for creative and production work.
  • Collaborative mindset and the desire to work in a team-centered environment is a must.
  • Exclusion from the System for Award Management (SAM) List of Excluded Individuals and Entities (LEIE) prior to hire and ongoing throughout their tenure at the company. Inclusion in the LEIE is grounds for immediate dismissal
  • Complete all required training courses upon hire and annually thereafter
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
