Overview
Prime Healthcare is an award-winning health system headquartered in Ontario, California. Responsibilities
Plans, implements, and finalizes surgery center project(s) as assigned according to strict deadlines and within budget. Participates in strategy development and implementation surrounding new surgery centers being onboarded and existing centers experiencing physician growth or service line development. Responsible for acquiring resources and coordinating project team members (at local surgical centers and corporate) and third-party contractors or consultants to meet project deadlines. Designs, plans and coordinates work teams. Provides support and guidance to project team members and monitors progress and compliance with standards, specifications, and budgets.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide oversight of project execution per agreed upon deliverables for ambulatory surgery center project.
• Communicates and collaborates inter-departmentally and intra-departmentally to assure objectives being met.
• Responsible for communication with project management team, leadership, and outside vendors when necessary.
• Development and implementation of staffing plan, staff education, equipment and capital resource needs, and competencies.
• Responsible for compliance with state and federal licensure.
• Responsible for policy and procedure development as applicable to projects.

Qualifications
Required qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum of 5 years ambulatory surgery center experience requires, i.e., RN and/or management.
3. Experience in a project management capacity and proven ability to manage multiple projects at various stages.
4. Experience and/or knowledge of the various stages of ASC acquisitions, inception to establishment of a new ASC, as well as physician and new service line development.
5. Ability to conduct research in support of ASC onboarding, compliance, licensing requirements, etc.
6. Highly proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience with creating financial and operational dashboards and reports.
7. Ability to travel to local, CA-based facilities up to 20%
Preferred qualifications:
1. Master's degree
2. Knowledgeable with healthcare laws and regulations, such as Anti-Kickback Statute, etc.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $85,009.60 to $108,243.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
