Job description

Open Vacancy: This role is a current, backfilling position and we are accepting applications.

Our client a top performing realtor organization located in the West end is seeking a Marketing Project Manager.

Are you a master organizer who loves the thrill of seeing a creative idea come to life? Do you effortlessly balance the big picture with microscopic details? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts a community, we want you on our team.

The Team is seeking a dynamic Marketing Project Manager to steer our marketing engine. This isn't just about managing checklists, it's about taking ownership of our brand's story across digital, traditional and experiential channels. If you are proactive, solutions-oriented and excited to champion diverse projects from concept to completion, this is your next big step.

As our Marketing Project Manager, you will be the bridge between creative strategy and flawless execution. Your days will be varied, fast-moving, and impactful, focusing on four core pillars:
  • Omnichannel Campaign Management: Execute, track and optimize both digital (Meta, Google Ads, email, website) and traditional (direct mail, outdoor ads, in-home marketing) campaigns to keep our brand at the forefront.
  • Event Production & Logistics: Bring our community and client events to life. You'll handle everything from pre-event buzz and logistics to day-of execution and post-event follow-up.
  • The Master Calendar: Own and manage the internal and external marketing calendars, ensuring team alignment, clear communication, and met deadlines.
  • Digital Hub Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing accuracy, functionality, and optimization of our CRM and website to keep our operations running like a well-oiled machine.
You are a proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait for direction - you see a need and drive the solution. You will excel in this role if you bring:
  • The Blueprint: Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) and coordinating with vendors and partners.
  • The Tech Toolkit: Hands-on familiarity with CRM systems, website CMS, email marketing platforms and social media advertising backend tools.
  • Project Ownership: A track record of taking initiatives from a blank page to a successful launch with minimal supervision.
  • Laser Focus: Elite organizational skills and an eye for detail that ensures nothing falls through the cracks, even when pivoting quickly.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal skills that allow you to collaborate effortlessly with the team and represent our brand to clients.
Why You'll Love Working with Us
  • An Established Legacy: Join one of Burlington's most trusted, successful and respected real estate teams.
  • True Impact: Your work won't sit in a silo. You will directly shape our marketing, client relationships and community initiatives.
  • A Vibrant Culture: Work alongside a collaborative, high-energy team that genuinely values creativity, structure and execution.
  • Never Boring: Enjoy a dynamic role where no two days are the same, and your fresh ideas are always welcomed and celebrated.
$95,000 - $100,000 a year
