Mittera is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team! We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our trading card business. This role combines customer service, order management, project coordination, and cross-functional communication. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Experience with trading cards, collectibles, sports cards, TCG, or hobby products is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage trading card projects from initial planning through final delivery. 
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, task lists, and priorities. 
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, inventory, fulfillment, marketing, vendors, and leadership to keep projects on schedule. 
  • Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively develop solutions. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication. 
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, spreadsheets, reports, and status trackers. 
  • Manage production schedules and communicate updates to production floor. 
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, printers, suppliers, grading companies, shipping providers, and other external partners when applicable. 
  • Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate product availability for upcoming projects. 
  • Ensure products, materials, artwork, data, packaging, and other project requirements are delivered accurately and on time. 
  • Review project details for accuracy and identify potential issues before they impact deadlines. 
  • Coordinate approvals and revisions between internal teams and external partners. 
  • Provide regular project status updates to management. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail. 
  • Help establish and improve processes, workflows, and systems to increase operational efficiency. 
  • Perform additional project and operational duties as required.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. 
  • Ability to independently identify issues and take ownership of solutions. 

Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to work at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time. 
  • Ability to sit, stand, and move around an office, warehouse, or production environment as needed. 
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry boxes, packages, card cases, and other materials weighing up to approximately 25-40 lbs. 
  • Ability to bend, reach, stop, and perform repetitive movements when handling trading cards, inventory, shipments, and project materials. 
  • Ability to safely handle and organize small products and materials with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to occasionally walk through warehouse, fulfillment, production, or event environments.
