Job description

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our growing Land Development team in Newark, Delaware. This is an outstanding opportunity for a licensed engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career with a well-established consulting firm offering high earning potential, leadership opportunities, and a path toward future ownership.

In this role, you will lead the design and management of land development and water resources projects from initial planning through permitting and construction document preparation. You'll work directly with clients, mentor staff, help drive business growth, and play a key role in shaping the future of the practice.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of private land development experience, including site design, roadway design, permitting, erosion and sediment control (ESC), and stormwater management (SWM)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Proven project management and client relationship experience
  • Business development experience with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD; Civil 3D preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
