The Project Manager reports to the Project Management Office (PMO) as part of the larger Transformation
Management Office team. The Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects that achieve defined business outcomes. This role owns execution from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, budget, and measurable impact. This role drives progress, holds stakeholders accountable, and addresses risks before they impact outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Own end to end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment to business outcomes, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive project execution, including building plans, prioritizing work, and aligning the right resources to deliver.
• Hold cross functional stakeholders accountable to commitments and keep work moving forward.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation across scope, budget, and overall project approach.
• Identify risks early and take decisive action to mitigate impact before they affect delivery.
• Provide clear, outcome focused reporting that reflects true project health and drives decisions.
• Drive adoption to ensure solutions are implemented and sustained within the business.
• Analyze project financials, including budgets, forecasts, risks, and resource allocation, to identify gaps and drive corrective action.
• Review project documentation to ensure alignment to scope, objectives, and expected outcomes.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to
• enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
• Deliver concise, actionable reporting to leadership that highlights risks, progress, and decisions needed.
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

• Proven ability to deliver complex projects with measurable business outcomes
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate with influence first, with clear escalation authority as needed
• Demonstrated ability to hold stakeholders accountable across functions and levels
• Experience managing ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments
• Strong risk identification and mitigation capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be direct, concise, and action-oriented
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• PMP Certification preferred
• 5+ Years in technical project management, client consulting, software implementation and training
• Prior project management experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion delivering expected outcomes.
• Experience in ERP implementation or ERP subject matter expertise preferred. SAP S4 and ECC.
• Results-oriented with focus on key deliverables
