Pay range: $91,000 to $98,000
What You'll Do:
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations by identifying opportunities, managing projects, and delivering measurable operational results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop action plans, track KPIs through dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
  • Facilitate Lean continuous improvement activities, including 5S, Kanban, and other process improvement tools, while driving change management and ensuring project success.
  • Coach and develop logistics leaders on continuous improvement best practices, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and promote a culture of operational excellence.

You will bring the following to the business:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience leading complex continuous improvement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and change management principles; Lean certification is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, along with strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, build relationships, and drive operational excellence.
