What You Will Do:

Lead and oversee the delivery of organizational change management (OCM) engagements, developing strategies that drive stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and sustained business outcomes across complex transformation initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and program leaders, facilitating discussions, navigating organizational resistance, and guiding leadership teams through periods of significant change. Design and implement integrated change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, adoption measurement, and reinforcement planning. Manage and develop consulting teams by providing coaching, mentorship, quality oversight, and career development support while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client service excellence.

What You Will Need:

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance. Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) Minimum EIGHT (8) years of experience leading organizational change management, business transformation, workforce transformation, or strategic consulting initiatives within complex organizations. Demonstrated experience developing and executing change strategies for enterprise-wide programs involving technology, process, operating model, or organizational transformation. Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives, build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups, and translate business objectives into actionable change and adoption plans. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams while balancing client expectations, delivery quality, team development, and business priorities.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs involving Microsoft technologies, enterprise platforms, AI-enabled solutions, or modern workplace initiatives. Familiarity with established change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Human-Centered Change, or other organizational transformation frameworks. Experience developing executive communications, leadership engagement strategies, organizational readiness assessments, and adoption measurement frameworks. Demonstrated success contributing to business development activities, including proposal development, solution shaping, thought leadership, client relationship growth, and practice-building initiatives.
