We're looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Capital Markets to help shape the future of our core platforms, products, and customer experiences. FinTech is one of the most complex and rapidly evolving spaces in technology, and the challenges we're tackling require deep innovation, critical thinking, and scale that don't always have strong precedents. 

You'll take on a highly influential role shaping vision and execution across key strategic initiatives. You'll partner with cross-functional leaders, contribute to high-impact decisions, guide complex projects from concept to completion, and mentor others on the team. This is a role for someone who leverages modern tools and cutting-edge methodologies as a core part of how they solve problems, and raises the bar for everyone around them.

This role is based in our Bellevue, WA, with in-person attendance expected at least five days per week.

What you'll do

Manage debt funding operations. Prepare legal documentation, monthly reporting on metrics, and working with partner banks/investors for deal compliance. Manage customer account movement operations including moving account receivables from the issuing bank to our Master Trust structure. Work with engineering teams to build out a smooth process for managing customer account movement operations and streamline the payment activity associated with this transition. Build out daily settlement with key stakeholders including working on building out a more efficient daily settlement procedure. Own portfolio reporting and covenant management. Provide updates on key triggers for deals, and overall portfolio performance. Assist in acquiring new funding partners and in the selection and onboarding of new funding partners. Assist in key relationship management and work with external partners as needed to execute funding and operations. Build out process for securitization readiness of credit card receivables including working with rating agencies and investors. Execute monthly reporting requirements and quarterly covenant certificates. Telecommuting permitted.

What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Management, Economics or a related field and six years of progressively responsible experience in capital markets, corporate finance, job offered, or related occupation.
  • Education and/or experience must include:
    • Financial markets, debt and equity instruments, and risk management practices
    • Structured finance including asset backed financing/securitization
    • Regulated industries such as fintech and banking
    • Working with credit card financing
    • Assessing market trends and analyzing lending receivables data to inform decision making
    • Communicating and negotiating with key stakeholders and external parties
    • Regulatory requirements governing capital markets, including SEC and FINRA.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to the corresponding compensation zone. 

Base Pay Range:

$235,435 - $245,000 per year
