Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-7 years as a Project Manager managing front office transformation projects.
  • Experience in major/complex institutions (Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms).
  • Must have a strong understanding of front-to back Markets Client Data Flows and navigation of impacted systems and processes.
  • Strong understanding of Markets products (e.g., Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities) and trading environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, including data visualization and presentation of complex information.
  • Must have strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables) for large data sets to identify, report and drive change.

  • Broad Markets experience preferred.
  • Proactive, self-starter with ability to independently lead initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Drive development of strategic solutions to facilitate best in class management of client static data across Markets including scalable processes to mask client data.
  • Lead project workstreams to ensure requirements of the business case are defined and implemented within agreed timelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across various levels and functions. Build consensus and secure buy-in for project objectives and deliverables. Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns and roadblocks proactively.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Front Office Desks, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
    Develop detailed project plans encompassing scope and timelines across multiple workstreams, incorporating dependencies and critical path analysis.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, develop escalation paths and contingency plans, and ensure timely and transparent communication of risks and issues to relevant stakeholders, including senior management ensuring these are documented and escalated where appropriate.
  • Prepare concise and impactful PowerPoint presentations for weekly reporting and monthly governance forums, highlighting key achievements, risks, issues, and upcoming milestones.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information in the Project Tracking System and ensure proper documentation of project artifacts for audit and compliance purposes.
