20% - Project Planning & Scope: 
Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and creating detailed plans to track progress.
20% - Schedule & Budget Management: 
Creating schedules, setting milestones, and managing project costs to ensure project stays within budget. Ability to multitask across multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders.
15% - Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Track project milestones and adjusting plans as needed.
15% - Risk Mitigation: 
Identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
15% - Team Leadership & Communication: 
Coordinating internal resources, mentoring team members, and acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders. Open to collaboration and feedback.
10% - Quality Assurance: 
Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
5% - Other duties as assigned,The Project Manager position plans and oversees School of Pharmacy initiatives. Under moderate supervision this position manages, develops, directs, and elevates projects and plans, utilizing accepted project management methodologies. Creates project life cycles, works with key school personnel to understand budgets, navigate resource requirements, lead change management processes, complete risk management analyses, and for key milestones and communication mechanisms.
