Senior Project Management Analyst
Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Management Analyst to support complex, high-visibility projects through financial analysis, budgeting, process improvement, and project coordination. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, manage project performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor project scopes, budgets, timelines, and status updates.
  • Support the management of large, complex projects while ensuring budget adherence.
  • Analyze historical project data to improve forecasting, budgeting, and pricing accuracy.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and implement project management best practices.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and analytical dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve communication and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with training teams on project management tools and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of project management, financial analysis, or project operations experience.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and business analytics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience preferred.
  • Experience with SharePoint, SQL, or database management is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
