Job description

Project Management Administrative Assistant
The Project Management Administrative Assistant will be required to provide administrative and clinical trials assistance to the Project Managers on the various tasks associated with running large-scale clinical trials
DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To provide general administrative support to the Clinical Operation team and assistance to Project Manager(s) and Study Start-up Specialist in start-up from site selection to site activation.
  • To contact clinical sites for specific requests (e.g., enrollment updates, missing documentation, meeting arrangements, etc.)
  • Assist in tracking the progress of all clinical trial essentials including patient recruitment, trial supplies and trial documentation
  • Organize and schedule meetings, internally as necessary and prepare minutes of these meetings, as appropriate
  • Populate and maintain the clinical trial monitoring/management tracking systems.
  • Participate in special projects to continuously improve processes, tools, systems and organization, as appropriate
  • Any other duties as assigned by management

KNOWLEDGE amp; EXPERIENCE
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
  • Prior experience in clinical research is not required but preferred.
Credentials:
  • N/A
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, self-direct, and be flexible within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite or related software.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Solid teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
