Manager, Project Management
As a Manager, Project Manager at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. Capital One's Financial Services Division is a leader and pioneer in the auto finance and technology industries specializing in the delivery of AI, machine learning, and other tech-enabled products and solutions. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company's bottom line. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders across the company. General Responsibilities:
  • Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects and peers
  • Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
  • Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership and problem solving to effectively drive project delivery
  • Ensuring projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time
  • Exhibit outstanding relationship-building and influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 5 Years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of People Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Plano, TX: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Project Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
