Scope and Change Management:
Define and document project scope aligned with strategic objectives.
Ensure scope control through rigorous change management processes to minimize scope creep.
Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to validate and adjust project deliverables as needed.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and task dependencies.

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Work Experience (Years and Area):
5 years' experience in project management with at least 1 of the 5 years healthcare or health insurance experience.

Software Proficiencies: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Other: Experience using formal project management methodologies such as Waterfall and/or Agile. Experience with PMBOK standards and guidelines. Proven experience in project management deployments; on-time and within budget. Leadership, team building, written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to a stringent timeline.
