What impact you will have

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic PMO Lead to drive the successful delivery of modular infrastructure projects. This role will coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, finance, legal, supply chain, and operations to ensure seamless execution from concept through delivery. 

This is a hybrid role based in Houston, TX, ideally suited for a candidate who can balance on-site collaboration with remote flexibility. 

The ideal candidate brings strong PMO leadership experience, with the ability to manage complex dependencies, oversee governance, and deliver clear, executive-level insights. 

What you'll do

Program & Project Governance 

  • Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, governance models, and best practices 
  • Implement standardized processes, controls, and reporting structures 
  • Drive accountability and alignment across all stakeholders 

Cross-Functional Coordination 

  • Serve as the central hub coordinating engineering, manufacturing, finance, legal, supply chain, and operations 
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across teams and external partners 
  • Proactively resolve cross-functional challenges and competing priorities 

Planning & Execution 

  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, and key milestones 
  • Track progress and drive on-time, on-budget delivery 
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies 

Risk, Budget & Dependency Management 

  • Identify and manage risks across the project portfolio 
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking in partnership with finance 
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and workstreams 

Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management 

  • Deliver clear and concise executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and milestones 
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibility 
  • Support leadership decision-making with actionable insights 

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or PMP preferred) 
  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management, including PMO leadership 
  • Experience in modular infrastructure, data centers, manufacturing, or industrial environments strongly preferred 
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs at scale 
  • Strong financial, operational, and risk management expertise 
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills 
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar
