Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.

Work Experiences:
  • 3-5+ years of project management, reporting experience, and/or consultant experience preferred
  • Highly analytical and can effectively work in groups to use critical thinking to problem solve (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the business project management organization to align on status and key details of the company's critical strategic priorities
  • Communicate risks and complexities within the project portfolio to an executive audience
  • Lead meetings, update work plans, and create new process flows that take into consideration downflow impacts to ensure new processes are sustainable and deliver the intended outcomes
  • Uses/creates data and analytics to solve ambiguous issues to help with data-driven decision making, partnering with Finance and other support groups as needed
  • Work with Finance to create business cases and key financial metrics in support of the initiatives
  • Create presentations to help drive work forward and gain alignment on critical issues, which often will require the art of storytelling within presentations
  • Support the Director of EPMO in identifying and designing interventions and programs that will help improve the health of our portfolio and strategic initiatives
