Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join the BCA Digital Factory team in Everett, Washington.

In this role you'll lead meaningful projects that deliver visible results to fabrication and airplane programs, translate strategy into measurable operational improvements, and help shape the future roadmap for digital transformation across the enterprise. Position Summary:

  • Support the BCA Digital Factory IPT to meet 2026 commitments by delivering the four focus areas for 2026 (Mobile & Work Instructions; Daily Planning; Timekeeping Improvements; Foundational Training Center Scheduling) and contributing to the 5year roadmap to guide 2027+ investments.

  • Work across Manufacturing and Safety, Information Digital Technology & Security, Airplane Programs and multiple functions, to develop and execute integrated project plans, track progress, perform analysis, manage change, and support adoption and sustainment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and maintain project and program plans across functional areas to meet objectives within scope, schedule, quality, and constraints from initiation through closeout

  • Prepare and maintain schedules, status reports, metrics dashboards, change logs, and integrated plans; communicate updates regularly to stakeholders

  • Perform studies and analyses (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments, and mitigation planning; identify constraints and recommend corrective actions

  • Coordinate crossfunctional project activities and serve as a liaison between Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Fulfillment, IDT&S, and program stakeholders

  • Manage change control activities and communicate decisions, best practices, and status to stakeholders; support change adoption through communications and training coordination

  • Develop recovery plans and transition materials; support project closeout with lessonslearned documentation and handoff to operations

  • Support business case refinement, benefits tracking, and documented capture of realized value for assigned projects

  • Execute project management activities in accordance with accepted industry standards, tools, and processes

  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned projects, establishing stakeholder requirements and ensuring resource commitments are documented

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work in Everett, Washington.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 7+ years of experience in a Project/Program Management or Business Operations role

  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing operating rhythms, integrated program schedules, project plans, and/or metrics

  • Experience managing change control processes and to produce clear status reporting and recovery plans

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals

  • Demonstrated experience performing analyses (trend, variance, impact) and risk assessments

  • Experience working in a multifaceted work environment, including managing multiple priorities

  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and organizational skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
