Hybrid-(typical 3-4 days in office, 1 day remote per week).

Job Description

This specific role will be focused on assisting with configuration, workflow design, and deployment of a single tool (Azure DevOps - ADO) as our centralized workflow management platform.

  • Support the configuration and customization of the ADO platform to align with program requirements, including process templates, boards, work item types, fields, and automation rules.
  • Design and document end-to-end workflow models in ADO, translating stakeholder requirements into scalable, repeatable processes and ensuring alignment with governance and compliance standards.
  • Manage deployment activities for ADO rollouts, including environment setup, migration of existing data, release coordination, and cutover planning to minimize operational disruption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, project managers, business intelligence) to validate workflows, conduct UAT, resolve defects, and iterate on process improvements.
  • Create and deliver training, user guides, and onboarding materials to enable adoption; provide post-deployment support and change management to embed new practices.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies; report status to leadership and recommend mitigation strategies to keep configuration and deployment on schedule.
  • Network Systems Expertise: Demonstrate an understanding of aerospace network systems, ensuring the successful integration and functionality of digital connectivity solutions within the aerospace environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in managing complex project schedules and managing large-scale programs and projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong executive presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more dashboarding/data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and basic SQL skills for querying data sources.
  • 5+ years in program/product/technical program management, analytics program management, or similar role.
  • 5+ yearsโ€™ experience advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or Project Management Certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and other work management tools, such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Background in change management and enabling organizations to adopt dashboards and data-driven processes.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with scripting or automation (Python, SQL automation, or similar) to maintain ETL/ingestion tasks.
Education / Experience

Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more yearsโ€™ related work experience, a Masterโ€™s degree and typically 8 or more yearsโ€™ related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
