Position Summary
This position is a PostDoc Trainee position that includes doctoral training in drug delivery/formulation development or related disciplines of chemistry, polymer science, pharmacology, and biology for a funded translational research project in a drug delivery. Successful candidate will:
-Design and develop pre-clinical stage candidate formulations for the delivery of small molecules
-Candidate will actively collaborate with our collaborators in industry, non-profit organizations, and multiple cores within UNC.
-Generate and analyze data, prepare technical reports and publications.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Doctoral Degree
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Strong data collection and management skills are essential.
Experience with drug formulations development and ability to work with small animal model is requires.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Relevant work experience preferred. We seek individuals with high energy, creativity, attention to accuracy, and the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
