What You'll Do (Responsibilities Vary by Track)
Management Trainee
  • Shadow site leadership to learn operations management, personnel coordination, and business strategy
  • Assist with project planning, process improvements, and team performance analysis
  • Participate in meetings, safety briefings, and service audits

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)
  • Support EHS audits, risk assessments, and incident tracking
  • Assist in safety training sessions and compliance documentation
  • Participate in field visits to monitor safe work practices

Logistics & Transportation Coordination
  • Help plan and optimize route efficiency using dispatch tools and GPS software
  • Track fleet performance, on-time service, and operational KPIs
  • Collaborate with drivers, dispatchers, and operations managers

Vehicle & Facilities Maintenance
