Position: Fleet Management Support Specialist

Job Description
This position is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and documentation support for the Fleet Management Department. The individual assists with creating and maintaining fleet-related policies, procedures, council resolutions, and grant processes, while supporting daily operational tasks throughout the fleet lifecycle. Responsibilities include accurate data entry, record maintenance, compliance tracking, and assisting with departmental requisitions. The incumbent monitors fleet activity, ensures timely processing of fleet-related tasks, and supports operational workflows. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred in similar field. A minimum of two (2) years of related experience in an office environment with knowledge related to fleet management and fixed assets or accounting methods and procedures is preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's license is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
