We currently have a role available for a Pharma Vendor Management Coordinator.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Managing the outsourced book of work, ensuring alignment of priorities, capacity, and data delivery across the portfolio.
  • Maintaining operational oversight of bioanalytical vendors supporting non-GLP toxicology and pharmacokinetic studies, including tracking of service requests, deliverables and turnaround times, with proactive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Serving as the primary conduit between our client's scientists and CRO partners, ensuring timely and thorough communication and logistics support.
  • Assisting in harmonization of processes and systems and driving initiatives to decrease cycle times and streamline workflows.
  • Applying AI agents to optimize productivity and redefine ways of working.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
  • BS - Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field with 5-10 years of nonclinical operations, outsourcing, project management or vendor management experience.
    • Customer-facing experience required.
  • Managing a high volume of programs in a dynamic, fast-paced research environment with strong time management ability.
  • Impeccable communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Very strong attention to detail and safety as well as problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstration of excellent team player skills.
  • A high level of learning agility and the ability to work across functions.
  • The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the leadership and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.

This is a day shift position (approx. 8a-5p local time).
