Knights Mechanical is seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Foreman to join our growing team. This position is responsible for leading plumbing installations and service projects while ensuring quality workmanship, jobsite safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a skilled plumber with strong leadership abilities, extensive industry knowledge, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and service work 
  • Lead plumbing projects from start to finish while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards 
  • Supervise and coordinate plumbers, apprentices, and subcontractors on assigned projects 
  • Assign work tasks and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met 
  • Conduct jobsite inspections to verify compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and company standards 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently and effectively 
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules, manpower plans, and project goals 
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate project updates as needed 
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local, state, and company safety requirements 
  • Mentor, train, and develop junior plumbers and apprentices 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Minimum of 8 years of plumbing experience 
  • Proven leadership experience managing crews and jobsite operations 
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and service procedures 
  • Thorough understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents 
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers, subcontractors, and team members 
  • Valid plumbing license or certification as required by local regulations 
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience leading commercial and/or multi-family plumbing projects 
  • Experience with project scheduling and manpower planning 
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification 
  • Strong customer service background 
  • Experience training and developing apprentices 

 Physical Requirements 

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds 
  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces 
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and active construction environments 
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
