The Senior IT Project Lead leads the coordination and execution of complex AI development/implementation projects across the enterprise.

  • Lead the coordination and execution of complex AI development and implementation projects across the enterprise.
  • Align project scope, milestones, and dependencies with mission priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers, maintain cadence, and keep delivery on track.
  • Track progress, surface risks and issues early, and drive timely escalation and resolution.
  • Ensure project outcomes are delivered with quality, governance, and operational readiness in mind.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting government or public sector clients
  • Experience with artificial intelligence platform operations, governance, or use case enablement
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and stakeholder groups

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,500 to $229,100.
