We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join American Tower's Information Technology ("IT") organization's Delivery Excellence team. The team delivers modern, secure, and scalable technological solutions that enable measurable business value. Day to day you will plan, execute, and deliver IT initiatives using Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery approaches, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage projects' scopes, schedules, budgets, and risks, and ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of IT project delivery experience required.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with project and work management tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
  • Agile-related certification preferred, including PMI Agile Certified Practitioner or Certified ScrumMaster.
  • Fluency in English required; multilingual capabilities preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure, security, and external vendors.    
  • Track and report on projects' schedules, costs, scopes, risks, issues, and dependencies.    
  • Manage projects' resources and support portfolio-level reporting activities.    
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement, recommending and executing mitigation strategies.    
  • Support change management, training, and adoption activities related to IT initiatives.
