Role Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. This role involves coordinating diverse cross-functional teams, effectively managing risks and dependencies, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders to align projects with organizational goals and business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
