  • Commercial Partnership: Partner closely with business leaders to understand performance drivers and tactics, identify risks and opportunities, and build robust business cases that guide investment.
  • Reporting Landscape Improvement: Proactively assess and evolve performance reporting in partnership with the US Lung Senior Finance Director and peers, driving simplification and impact.
  • Strategic Finance Interface: Serve as the connective tissue between Franchise Commercial and Finance, ensuring tools, processes, and insights enable fast, high-quality decisions.
  • Process Simplification and Automation: Identify and lead improvements across the planning journey and related operations, leveraging digital and AI capabilities to boost efficiency and transparency.

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, FP&A, or finance business partnering.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to execute and deliver in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced financial modelling capability, including the ability to evaluate scenarios, assess risks, and support strategic decisions.
  • Well-developed business acumen, with a strong understanding of commercial and financial drivers.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
