Job description

Responsibilities: * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, government agencies, telecommunications vendors, and technical staff.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project related tasks and * Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

* Design, update, and implement training materials, lesson plans. * Support organizational change and user adoption efforts during implementations, upgrades, and major process changes
* Collaborate with 911 system providers. * Lead engaging in-person or virtual classroom sessions for new software rollouts and regular updates.
* Lead train-the-trainer sessions to prepare customer resources to support ongoing knowledge transfer within their organizations
* Assist learners during go-live phases and troubleshoot basic operational issues.
* Gather participant feedback and training metrics to continuously improve the customer learning experience.
* Travel to customer locations to deliver onsite training, support implementation activities, and facilitate user adoption initiatives as required
* Be able to transport up to 70 lbs. of equipment.  911 Qualifications Required: * Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in public speaking role, minimum of 5 years’ experience in a 9-1-1 or public safety setting is highly desirable. * MS Office, predominately Project, Word and Excel
* 911 Call Handling Platforms * 911 CAD Platforms * 911 Telephony * Strong public speaking, technical writing for policy drafts, and calm decision-making in high-stress situations
