Job Description Project Engineer Chilton, Wisconsin, United States (On-site) We are hiring a Project Engineer to lead and execute a variety of process improvement, automation, and equipment-related projects across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role partners cross-functionally to support continuous improvement and operational excellence. Relocation assistance within the United States in available.

Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, scope development, and execution Develop project documentation and support approval processes Oversee equipment procurement, installation, and upgrades Drive process improvements, automation, and transformation initiatives Collaborate with NPD, Supply Chain, Quality, EH&S, and leadership teams Communicate project status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders Troubleshoot and support plant operations as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience 3+ years of project engineering experience in manufacturing Experience with equipment, automation, and process improvements Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Technical Skills Knowledge of machine design, troubleshooting, and manufacturing processes Experience with PLC/HMI systems, electrical controls, and automation Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office Experience with Rockwell / Allen Bradley / Siemens PLCs Fanuc robotics experience preferred What We Offer Competitive salary + quarterly profit-sharing (uncapped) Health, dental, vision + HSA & 401k match (Day 1 eligibility) $5,000 sign-on bonus Career growth, training, and tuition assistance Ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on project work, automation, and driving improvements across manufacturing operations.
