  • Drive resource and budget planning to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate engineering deliverables across all disciplines for seamless execution.
  • Optimize workforce planning to ensure the right people are engaged at the right time.
  • Own project schedules and cost control, delivering accurate, timely reports.
  • Manage project changes proactively to minimize risk and maximize efficiency.
  • Champion HSE and quality standards, raising the bar for operational excellence.
  • Represent WSP confidently in meetings, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.

Compensation:

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 - $138,000
MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $94,100 - $124,900
