About the Opportunity

Infinity Generation Services Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator Coop Student to join our team for the summer term. This role is ideal for a motivated student looking to gain handson experience in project coordination and construction/project management while working in a supportive, professional environment.

Reporting to the Project Manager/Estimator, the Coop Student will assist with daytoday project coordination tasks and gain exposure to realworld projects while developing practical skills.

Key Responsibilities

With guidance and mentorship, the Coop Student will:

  • Support project managers with coordination and administrative tasks
  • Assist with project schedules, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Organize and maintain project documentation and files
  • Track project progress, deliverables, and action items
  • Support preparation of clientready documents and correspondence, under supervision
  • Assist with tracking project changes, change notices, and supporting documentation
  • Exposure to basic project compliance and reporting requirements through guided support tasks
  • Support estimating activities by organizing quotations and project data
  • Participate in project meetings as a learning opportunity
  • Assist with purchase order setup and general project administration
  • Help prepare internal progress summaries and reports
  • Shadow team members to learn about project planning, execution, and project closeout documentation
  • Occasionally attend site visits or client meetings under supervision
  • Support process improvements by leveraging AI and automation technologies

  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera) is an asset or willingness to learn
  • Exposure to AI or automation technologies in supporting workflow or process improvements is an asset
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
  • Ability to obtain a Nuclear Security Clearance
