Project/Field Engineer (Heavy Civil)

Location: Seattle / Lynnwood, WA

Rather than rushing employees into management, they invest in developing future leaders through hands-on experience on complex infrastructure projects.

Position Summary

Seeking a Field Engineer (0–5 years of experience) to support heavy highway and bridge projects. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals while building the technical and field experience needed to advance into Project Engineer, Superintendent, or Project Manager positions.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily field operations

  • Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and project documentation

  • Maintain daily reports and project records

  • Assist with scheduling and project coordination

  • Review plans and support quality control

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management

  • 0–5 years of heavy civil construction experience

  • Heavy highway and/or bridge experience preferred

  • FE/EIT certification completed or pursuing preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation
  • $85,000–$110,000, depending on experience
