Job description

This established civil contractor based in Seattle works across multiple market sectors and has helped shape the region by completing projects for organizations in the aerospace, healthcare, higher-education and hospitality industry. A specialist civil contractor they work directly on behalf of real estate developers, general contractors, and landowners, developing a reputation for working on complex and intricate projects. Due to an upcoming retirement, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager reporting directly to the company President.

In this role you will work across multiple projects from bid stage to completion responsible for scheduling, pre-construction planning, project delivery, and client management.
