Lead Transit Civil Engineering Project Manager
Seattle or Tacoma, WA
$140,000–$180,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Our client in WA is seeking an experienced Lead Transit Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex transportation and transit infrastructure projects. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage multidisciplinary teams, build client relationships, and drive business growth with public agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead transportation and transit engineering projects from planning through construction.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Mentor engineering teams and oversee project delivery.
  • Prepare proposals and support business development efforts.
  • Coordinate with public agencies, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 10+ years of transportation/civil engineering experience.
  • Active Washington State Professional Engineer (PE) license.
