Job description

Job Description: Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Program Scheduler to lead and manage all Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) activities for the PdM Biometrics program. The Program Scheduler will be responsible for using Microsoft Project 2019 or later, along with Project Web Access, to manage tasks, monitor progress, and generate reports. This role involves conducting "what if" and risk analysis of schedules, integrating schedules from system integrators and external providers, and providing recommendations to mitigate risks and maintain schedule integrity. The Program Scheduler will also be responsible for articulating schedule impacts and providing critical path analysis within the DoD acquisition framework. Note: This position is full time onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA Duties/ Responsibilities Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) Management: Lead and manage all IMS activities for the PdM Biometrics program, utilizing Microsoft Project 2019 or later and Project Web Access.
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for information systems and program maintenance, ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition requirements.
Integrate schedules from system integrators and external providers, ensuring all tasks and dependencies are properly captured and tracked.
Risk and Schedule Analysis: Conduct "what if" and risk analysis to assess schedule impacts from potential changes, including shifts in acquisition strategy, funding, or other influencing factors.
Provide critical path analysis to identify the most time-sensitive tasks and potential schedule delays.
Recommend mitigation strategies and schedule adjustments to maintain program timelines and ensure successful delivery of program milestones.
Schedule Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly update and monitor program schedules to track progress and identify potential risks or delays.
Produce detailed reports on schedule status, critical path analysis, and recommendations for corrective actions or adjustments.
Articulate schedule impacts and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on schedule requirements and updates.
Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, system integrators, and external providers to ensure schedules are synchronized and accurate.
Coordinate schedule-related communications across all levels of the organization, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of schedule changes and impacts.
Assist with resource allocation and support program management in aligning resources with key schedule milestones.
Experience and Skills: Proven experience in the development and management of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for information systems and maintenance within the DoD acquisition framework.
Proficient in Microsoft Project 2019 or later, and Project Web Access for managing tasks, schedules, and running reports.
Strong experience in conducting risk analysis and providing critical path analysis to ensure on-time delivery of program milestones.
Ability to articulate schedule impacts and develop recommendations for schedule adjustments based on changes in acquisition strategy, funding, or other factors.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, specifically within the Biometrics or related defense sectors.
Experience with schedule integration and coordination with external system integrators and providers.
Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle, milestones, and program management documentation.
Required Skills/Abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Project 2019 or later and Project Web Access.
Experience in developing and managing IMS for information systems within the DoD acquisition framework.
Strong ability to conduct risk analysis, critical path analysis, and articulate schedule impacts.
Ability to provide schedule recommendations based on changes in acquisition strategy, funding, or external factors.
U.S Citizenship required
Nice to Have Skills Project Management Institute Scheduling Professional (PMI- SP).
Experience with DoD Biometrics programs or related defense acquisition projects.
Familiarity with schedule management best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
Experience working with external providers and system integrators to ensure schedule integration.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline or Five (5) additional years relevant experience.
Five (5) years of relevant experience in the development of resource loaded integrated master schedules (IMS).

Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance required
Salary Range: The salary range for this position represents Dynamo's good-faith estimate of the compensation expected to be offered at the time of posting.
