En tant que Directeur de projets senior, vous assurerez la gestion complete de projets lies a l'environnement et au secteur minier, depuis les phases de planification jusqu'a la livraison. Vous coordonnerez des equipes multidisciplinaires, interagirez avec les clients et les parties prenantes, et veillerez a la qualite, aux couts et aux echeanciers. Vous contribuerez egalement au developpement strategique du secteur, a l'encadrement des equipes et a la consolidation des relations d'affaires.
En travaillant avec une equipe dynamique et hautement performante a ce poste, vous realiserez une variete de taches et assumerez les responsabilites suivantes :
- Etudes et interpretations miniers et environnementales: Planifier, coordonner et superviser l'execution de projets en environnement minier (caracterisation environnementale, etudes d'impact, rehabilitation de sites, gestion des eaux, fermetures de mines, etc.).
- Conception des solutions: Conception de digues a residus miniers, y compris les fondations, la stabilite des digues en remblai, l'analyse hydraulique et les analyses de liquefaction. Assurer la conformite des projets aux exigences reglementaires et aux standards de qualite de la firme.
- Investigations techniques: Porter et mener des investigations geotechniques
- Gestion de projet et collecte et analyse des donnees: Diriger des equipes techniques internes et des consultants externes dans un cadre multidisciplinaire. Suivre les budgets, echeanciers, livrables et contrats, en assurant la rentabilite et la satisfaction client.
- Gestion des connaissances: Encadrer et developper les talents juniors a travers le coaching et le transfert de connaissances.
- Developpement des affaires: Participer activement au developpement des affaires : recherche d'opportunites, soumissions, presentations, fidelisation client. Elaborer les offres de services.
- Gestion des clients (externes): Agir a titre de point de contact principal aupres des clients et partenaires pour les projets sous votre responsabilite. Proposer des strategies techniques et commerciales adaptees aux besoins des clients.
Pour reussir dans ce poste, vous devrez detenir les aptitudes et qualifications suivantes :
- Diplome universitaire en genie (environnemental, geologique, minier, civil ou connexe).
- Membre en regle d'un ordre professionnel (ex. OIQ).
- Minimum de 10 ans d'experience pertinente, incluant la gestion de projets d'envergure dans le secteur minier et environnemental.
- Excellente maitrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, suite Office, ERP).
- Capacite a gerer plusieurs projets simultanement dans un environnement dynamique.
- Bilinguisme (francais et anglais*) essentiel, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit.
- Solides competences en communication, leadership et gestion des relations clients.
