Project/Program Manager (Non-IT)
Location: Lafayette, IN or Mossville, IL (Onsite)
Compensation: $36-$40/hour
Our client is seeking a Project/Program Manager to support a technical portfolio management team focused on coordinating projects, tracking progress, analyzing data, and supporting strategic initiatives within an engineering and manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track project status and maintain project documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and portfolio review materials.
  • Analyze project data and provide insights using Excel and Power BI.
  • Facilitate meetings and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, strategy, and project management teams.
  • Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to leadership and business partners.
  • Support resource planning and project feasibility assessments.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing project schedules, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
