Your Role
OUTFRONT is seeking a Project Manager, Development to join our Los Angeles team. This role is responsible for supporting and managing a wide range of new development initiatives, partnering closely with the LA Real Estate Team. You will coordinate project activities, support site identification, manage permitting workflows, assist with proposals and RFPs, and ensure smooth execution of development projects from concept through completion.
This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service with internal teams, property partners, and external stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for new development projects across the LA market
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, property owners, and development partners
  • Support site identification, feasibility assessments, and early-stage project analysis
  • Assist with permitting activities, including tracking progress and coordinating with municipalities
  • Compile and support the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and financial models
  • Organize and prepare materials for internal and external presentations
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time execution
  • Generate and manage project documentation, including work orders, schedules, and status reports
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to support project execution
  • Provide revenue reporting and project updates to internal stakeholders and property partners
  • Maintain accurate project records, inventory tracking, and internal reporting
  • Support leadership initiatives and assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Sr. Director of Real Estate LA & SVP Real Estate, NRG West Region

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Property management or real estate development experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
