This position provides planning and coordinating pre-construction activities for new school buildings and modernization projects, overseeing the scope, schedule, and budget of multiple projects, resolving complex project issues, managing project teams, reporting on project progress to various stakeholders, coordinating with utility and government agencies, assisting with contracts, and ensuring quality control. This role also involves coordinating activities with various organizational branches and developing internal policies and procedures as needed. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience overseeing the planning, design, construction, and coordination of capital projects, with five of those years specifically dedicated to educational facility construction and public works projects.
