Corporate Development Associate

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 + 15% Bonus + 15% LTIP

Key Responsibilities
  • Support M&A evaluation, due diligence, transaction execution, and integration efforts

  • Build and own detailed financial models to evaluate acquisitions, long-term growth opportunities, and key business drivers

  • Perform three-statement forecasting, valuation, scenario, and return analyses

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and support strategic initiatives

  • Assist in preparing materials for Board and Committee meetings and strategic partnerships

  • Support quarterly earnings materials, including investor presentations, earnings releases, and investor call materials

  • Prepare and maintain monthly financial reporting packages and business forecast models

  • Analyze and explain variances between actual results, forecasts, and budgets, including underlying business and market drivers

  • Partner with business unit leaders on annual operating and capital budgets

  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis to senior leadership supporting strategic decision-making and Treasury initiatives

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and executive leadership

Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and three-statement forecast modeling

  • Knowledge of fundamental valuation methodologies and the M&A process

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation capabilities

  • Manufacturing or industrial FP&A experience is a plus, but not required

  • Experience with OneStream, FactSet, or similar financial tools is a plus

  • Highly organized with strong attention to accuracy, precision, and detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to work effectively across teams and take ownership of projects
