Job Description
We are currently seeking a Project Designer to join our Seattle team. This is a full time position with benefits, and the occasional need for overtime to accommodate current project schedules and deadlines. Responsibilities:
โ€ข Architectural design talent and an easygoing, collaborative personality
โ€ข Demonstrated understanding of guiding, directing, and inspiring the efforts of other team members in the creation of great buildings and spaces
โ€ข Experience creating and developing project feasibility studies along with proficiency in Zoning Codes and City Design Guidelines.
โ€ข Exceptional public presentation ability, including both client and Public Board meetings - including Design Review, Landmark and University Boards
โ€ข Ability to lead design charrettes and group investigations into design optionsโ€ข Demonstrated collaboration and proven ability to excel in a team environment
โ€ข Graphic skills that provide compelling imagery to accompany design presentations including AutoDesk, Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
โ€ข Minimum of 7 years of design experience
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
