Project Delivery Managers bridge the gap between project teams and upper management to ensure smooth project delivery.

Is a project manager higher than a delivery manager?

A project manager and a delivery manager are distinct roles; a project manager oversees the planning and execution of projects, while a delivery manager focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of products or services. In some organizations, project managers may have a higher level of authority or broader scope, but roles and hierarchy can vary depending on the company's structure and industry standards.
