Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional evidence-based therapy services tailored to a varied client base, employing various therapeutic modalities such as individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with client goals and needs.
• Facilitate goal-setting discussions and regular progress evaluations with clients throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize our digital platform to maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation that meets regulatory requirements.
• Engage in regular consultations with the team to discuss case management and share insights for improved client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population spans diverse backgrounds and encompasses a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a mental health professional (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD) granted by the State Board, enabling independent and unsupervised practice.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
