• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings for diverse clients to identify their mental health issues accurately, enabling the formulation of tailored treatment strategies.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans focused on the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring a personalized therapeutic experience.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based techniques, fostering an environment conducive to healing and personal development.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide comprehensive mental health care and refine treatment approaches.
• Engage and educate family members on mental health topics, promoting active participation in their loved one's recovery process through supportive resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in alignment with ethical and regulatory standards.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. Our clinic services are designed to cater to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, enhancing your competence in delivering culturally sensitive care.

• A valid and active mental health license, including LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Proven specialized training in mental health counseling or demonstrated experience working with clients facing psychological difficulties.
• Thorough understanding of evidence-based practices relevant to various mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients, crucial for winning their trust and ensuring effective therapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to facilitate productive collaboration with colleagues across all levels of the organization.

• Experience working in community health settings or familiar with teletherapy as a method of delivering services.
• Prior exposure to group therapy facilitation and family counseling methodologies.
• Knowledge of current laws, regulations, and best practices in mental health therapy.
