Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Virginia, VA Hybrid – onsite and remote Responsibilities
  • Support basic program coordination activities under close supervision by tracking milestones, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across program teams.
  • Assist in developing program schedules, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goals.
  • Use established tools and templates to support program reporting and status updates.
  • Monitor and escalate program risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support program logistics and communication.
  • Maintain program documentation, meeting notes, and action item trackers.
  • Contribute to data collection and analysis to support business case development and decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and governance processes as directed.
  • Participate in team meetings, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Learn and apply program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Seek feedback and mentorship to build foundational program management skills.
